Mobile Expense Log on Desktop

Is the expense log (just a list of expenses not yet associated with a report) unique to the mobile app? For example, I would like to scan in a bunch of receipts using the mobile app to the expense log and then go to the desktop to create an expense report and add expenses from the expense log. Is this possible? Or is the expense log only available on the mobile app?
