Missing Results from Saved Search
I have a saved search that looks at all open orders that are waiting for carrier pickup. Main Line = True
Type = Sales Order
Status = NONE OF Closed, Cancelled, or Billed
{custom field} Shipment Status = 4 - Waiting for Carrier Pickup
Subsidiary = business unit XYZ
Ship Date = on or before today
There are four sales orders for the same customer, same shipment status, same order status, same business unit, same ship to address, same carrier, same ship date, but only two of the sales orders appear in the results.
Why would this occur?
