Clicking on a Saved Search->Return to Criteria in Center Category gives unexpected error

hi,

when we added a search in a Center Category, clicking on "Customise" submenu as well as "Return to Criteria" on the search gives unexpected error. We found the issue being due to missing "cu=T" in the url. Is there a solution for this ?
