Price Detail Search Retuning Duplicate lines

I have a saved search i have setup on Pricing Detail, I want to return all Custom Item Prices loaded against customers. I have a large number that will need maintaining over time.

The search looks has this as the criteria

And then i return these fields as the results

What i am getting is 7 lines returned for each result. I have tried to use a summary type of Group on the results but then i get no results

Cannot figure out what is required to get a single line per result?
