What permissions are required to view communication messages on a client record
If i create a message saved search, and visit a client record and then in the client dashboard add the message saved search, i can see all the communication messages. This is using admin role.
When i use a custom role and view the same client and add the same message saved search, results are just 0. However if i go into the client record itself, and go to the communication tab, i can see all the messages. So its only in the Saved search i cant see the messages.
I have added all possible permissions relating to communications but have no luck. Can anyone help. Am i missing a permission and yes i already have 'tracked messages' in list permission
