How to update No Charge Cash Sale from Not Deposited to Deposited?

We have No Charge orders, for various reasons, with specific Discounts applied resulting in Sales Order and Cash Sales at 0.00 Net Amount.

Cash Sale is stuck in Not Deposited status. What is best practice to move status to Deposited, when no actual payout or bank deposit will occur?
