Conversion of a client for one subsidiary to OneWorld

Hi guys!

We are facing something odd in a client that from a single client is changing to OneWorld licencing.

As you can see now there is an availability to create 6 subisidiaries:

But we cannot find the "Subsidiaries" classification in Setup:

Any ideas why this is happening?
