Kit Item not on Item Fulfillment (Fulfilled but not fulfilled)
I have a problem SO which is showing that it still needs fulfillment because the kit items were never added onto the item fulfillment, the customer is still waiting for the items included in this kit.
The item now also shows as back ordered by 1 for whatever reason.
- On the item fulfillment, none of the items from this kit are listed.
- If I try to make a new item fulfillment I get a popup error 'There are no committed items in this transaction -- it cannot be fulfilled.'
- If I try to delete the kit item from the SO I get the error 'Items on this line have been fulfilled. To delete this line, you must first delete the corresponding line(s) in the associated transaction(s).'
