Skipped/bounced emails
We are currently experiencing some issues with "Skipped" emails from NetSuite not filtering through to the receivers email. We are getting the following :
Delivery Status: Skipped
Failure reason: Not sent: Specific address(es) recently bounced.
Our IT Team have updated our policy to allow emails from NetSuite, however we are still experiencing the issue. Is there a way in which we can remove the block & allow the automated emails to flow through?
