Update Sales Rep on Invoice and opportunity Based on Customer Sales rep Change

The requirement is that when the sales rep changes for a customer record, the sales rep of all related open opportunities and invoices should be automatically updated. 

The sales rep needs to change only for open invoices and opportunities.

Could anyone please suggest a solution for this?
