Custom Field Usage

I want to clean up transaction/entry forms that have excess fields on them. In order to do so, I need to verify those fields don't contain data saved to that field for any records. Is there a report I could run to list out all the custom fields we have and the volume of usage (occurrences of saved data) to these fields?
