How long after sent attachments through NetSuite do they stay before it self-disappears?

Hi, all.

I have a question/concern. In September 2024, I sent some attachments to hundreds of customers. Today is 2/3/25, and a lot of the attachments, aside from the invoice from that same month are available.

As you can see from "Files," clearly something was sent at the time, but under "attachments," the file is no longer there. When I click to view my message, also the attachment is no longer there.

How long after sent attachments through NetSuite do they stay before it self-disappears?
