Custom List Sort buttons not working

in Ask A Guru 9 comments

Scenario:

Custom List created for Inventory Adjustment Reason Code values

List currently includes 23 Values were entered, 17 initially with 6 added over time

Show Options in "The Ordered Entered" and "Alphabetical Order" function is not working. Selecting either radio button has no impact. In fact, how the values are listed follows NO logic at all and cannot be manually reordered. What happened to the drag and drop feature in Custom Lists?

Appreciate any guidance, I have spent hours researching SuiteAnswers and this forum, but nothing on this problem/topic
