Replies back to emails sent from NetSuite are not showing in Outlook
When I send a email from NetSuite to a customer or contact their replies do not come back to my Outlook Inbox. If I go to the communication tab on the transaction from which I sent the email I can see their reply message that should also be showing in my Outlook Inbox. Does anyone else have or has had the same issue? If so what do you recommend to resolve the issue.Please help me to resolve
