"USR REST API CALL" Error When Exporting SuiteAnalytics Workbook to Excel
We have a user who, when exporting tables and pivot tables to Excel from SuiteAnalytics, often gets the following error message:

This does NOT happen when he exports to CSV—only to Excel. And it happens regardless of the complexity or amount of data in those tables. There seems to be no correlation between the error and the data that he is trying to export.
Typically, if we wait for an extended period of time or until the next day the problem disappears (but will return again eventually at some point). This is neither ideal nor optimal. We'd like to attack the cause of the error.
