Parent Item name is not visible in the list (Saved Report)

Hey everyone,

I’m facing an issue with a Saved Report for Monthly Sales Items, where I track overall sales based on Item Type. I’ve added a filter for Parent Item Name, and it used to display all values from A-Z. However, I recently noticed that the list stops showing values after "T", meaning items like "TRIESTE, SWATCHES" are missing.

I’ve tried different workarounds to retrieve the full list, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights or solutions to ensure all Parent Item Names appear in the filter would be greatly appreciated!
