How do I set a new Webstore System Email Template?
Here in my Setup > Company > Email Preferences - Templates, I believe this is defining where the email templates are sourced from.
When I make a new template for my webstore, how do I put it in that folder? The folder is currently empty. (How are the default templates even sourced if they don't exist in here?)
When I make a new template, it seems the only thing I can change other than the template is what category it is part of but what is this category for or where does it come from?
Because my Documents > Templates > Templates Categories is empty and creating an new category doesn't offer me the option of my newly created Template.
