How move Project hours for a closed period?

We sent an invoice out for time that goes to a different project and should not been billed out as it under prepaid labor. How can I move hours in a closed period in NetSuite without opening the month? I also need to void/credit memo the invoice as the vendor wont be paying that amount as it is their prepaid labor project.
