Varying Purchase Descriptions Between Vendors

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to add Purchase Description to the vendors tab underneath items. I have one item I buy from multiple vendors, but they have differing descriptions. Is there a way to enter this the same way as I do with different item code and price?
