KPI Scorecard - Inventory

Hello all,

I've set up the KPI Scorecard for inventory on my dashboard and have refreshed multiple times. Clearly there is something wrong with the inventory value (see 1st screenshot below - same # no matter what time period). When I click on the hyperlink for the inventory value today, i receive the error message in the 2nd screenshot below. The accounting periods are set up in our system (see 3rd screenshot below).

Please help!
