issue with Bank register and customize account registers

Hi all

i have 2 question :

  1. the Bank Register from banking/budgeting is not showing the Subsidiary on the header. its only showing the Parent Subsidiary, how to fix this issue.
  2. Account register report does not include any other segment other than 'Account' for example location, department and class and even custom segment. how to customize it as no customize button is appearing,

i am starting to improve my believe on the large netsuite community hope some one will suggest.
