Unable to Edit Reversal Journal Entry in Pending Approval State

There is no option to edit the Reversal JEs in Pending Approval State. Upon checking on the Active Workflow/Workflow History subtab there is no Workflow tagged.

This does not happen in regular JEs under the same state:
