Integration User questions
Hello All!
We have the intention to rename an Employee record to Integration User and use this for all integrations. A new record will be created for the employee who has access to NetSuite.
-Do we need to keep the same email address on file? Or is email address even necessary?
-Will renaming the Employee record affect the integrations?
-Does Give Access checkbox needs to be checked on the record?
