Hi Today 17 Feb25, the drag and drop zone is missing in all our records. In the interim, is there a solution which the user can drag and drop without this zone? I have followed the helps below and did not find the issue in our NetSuite. Please advise. Thank you all for keeping this thread updated. I'm glad that your File Drag and Drop feature is now working.
