Drag and Drop Zone missing on all records

Hi

Today 17 Feb25, the drag and drop zone is missing in all our records. In the interim, is there a solution which the user can drag and drop without this zone?

I have followed the helps below and did not find the issue in our NetSuite. Please advise. Thank you
