Generic Tax code Setup for US Entity
Hi, We are using Legacy Tax Engine. I am facing an issue with the setting up generic UNDEF_US tax code in NetSuite for our US entity. We do not use Avalara in NetSuite (tax calculations are handled in Salesforce).
Invoices are imported into NetSuite via CSV. So far we have been using generic Tax codes for all the subs as don't sell from US. So for each sub, We have a default generic tax code like UNDEF_SGP, UNDEF_UK etc setup which AR team would adjust based on the salesforce reports. Recently we had an acquisition and would need generic code for US as well. However, under Setup Taxes, I am unable to select the UNDEF_US tax code, and when creating invoices, the Tax Code dropdown is missing for the US entity, showing only a Taxable checkbox instead. I did
