How to create saved search showing latest fee rate on default billing class

I currently have a Saved Billing Rate Card Search. Unfortunately ive had no luck in getting only the latest version and its fee rates to show. Can anyone provide guidance?

You cant use SQL Max function in criteria.
Ive tried using the grouping method, but when you set version to maximum, if you set price to maximum it only shows whatever the max value is and not the value that relates to the latest version.

For example

Default rate card.

Card A - £100 on V1

Card A - £60 on V2

If you set max for version it will show V2 Card A.
