Customer needs help with a formula to show a field IF a statement is true.

Customer has a workbook and would like to pull a string if a field on the note is set to management. This workbook is all standard and not customized. See below.

Specifically looking for, if a note type is Management, then show the memo field, else show nothing.

All done in an analytic workbook.
