Script created a Purchase Order even though we have no scripts that do that?
Hi everyone,
We've encountered a very strange issue and are hoping someone might have some insights. A purchase order was created in our system, but we've confirmed that we have no scripts designed to create purchase orders. This is particularly puzzling because the system logs under "System Information" clearly indicate that a script did initiate the creation of this PO.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? We're at a loss to understand how this could happen. Any suggestions on how to further investigate or identify how this could happen would be greatly appreciated.
This record was created at the same time that one of our scripts which handles order integrations between Netsuite and a B2B system we use was running. This order script only creates sales orders in Netsuite. Only some of the orders had these mysterious POs created by script which we typically only have a user do.
