Custom Formula Field in Financial Reports – Possible or Alternative Solutions?

Can we create a custom formula field in a financial report, similar to how we create formulas in a Saved Search or a SuiteAnalytics dataset?

If not, is there an existing enhancement request for this feature?

Are there any alternative methods to achieve the same functionality within financial reports?
