Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Lead, Prospects, Customers for membership based Companies
Our business model is membership based. NetSuite has a one and done Lead, Prospect, and Customer CRM method. We'd like to have the ability to become a lead and prospect again once the membership time is up and we'd like to sell to them again. It doesn't appear there's any native way to do this. If I change the Status back to a lead after it already has a Sales Order attached, it will automatically change back to a customer once I create an Opportunity.
Does anyone who has a membership or subscription model have examples of how they set up their sales cycles/customer records?
