Need help with finding NS finance system analyst/accountant

Hi people,

I am unsure this is the right forum. I am struggling and desperate to find finance professional that has extensive knowledge and skills in NetSuite who can help run saved searches, optimizing finance operations workflow and working capital. Most of the time, candidates say yes they have experience but when in practice they don't really know how to use it the best way. Can anyone suggest where I can find one?
