This Journal entry cannot be deleted or edited because it was generated by a Tax Calculation Plugin

We have client who is going live and while checking tax reports came across 24 Journals which are available in Production server
but is not aware how they got there and wants to remove them as corresponding tax entries are already available,
But as administrator when we try to edit the Journal it shows following error and exits edit mode
"This Journal entry cannot be deleted or edited because it was generated by a Tax Calculation Plugin"

In System information context column shows
Script (Scheduled)

No Active workflows, no Workflow History

tried to edit and delete not working
tried to delete through quick edit not working
