How to source manufacturertariff to transaction lines

I need to include this on my purchase orders. Field on Item master is manufacturertariff. Field is not available for sourcing to a transaction line.

Cant include this field in sublist of P/O. Can't print on advanced PDF/HTML.

How do I accomplish this,
