Sales Rep Auto assignment
It appears that NetSuite auto assigns the rep to a customer based on the Bill to address. How do I change this to assign sales reps based on the Ship to address. For instance, we have a large customer with locations all over the country. Their billing address is the same for all locations but they have several locations accross the country. The territory the billing office is in has the sales rep from that territory assigned to the customer however, when they ship to a different state, the rep in that state should be the rep assigned to the
