"Confirm" action not being triggered

Hi,

I'm following this SuiteAanswer to create a confirm message before saving the record, simple, right?

However, its not working, only when I change the Workflow Trigger Type to "Before Record Load", I get the Confirm message

What am I doing wrong?

I tested on multiple browsers to rule out JS issues
