How to get the PGP signing Done for EFT files?

We are doing a bank integration with JP MORGAN CHASE , in order to send the EFT files to Bank server there is a mandatory PGP signature. We are using N/PGP module for the PGP signing, However the bank says " The PGP verification is failing " . Can anyone give inputs as to how to proceed on this ?
