Can you pull data from Line Description of a GL account?

I am on Bill, assign a GL, The view of the GL account there is an field Line Description and data can be entered. If I want this line description to show up in my current view on the Bill page how do I locate this field?

I can enter the information on Bill under Expenses and Items. How do I get the data to show up in my Transaction View.
