How can I trigger Revenue Allocation from script?

We need both Step 1 and Step 2 to run, but only Step 1 is running (Step 2 did run previously). I have tried to edit a Revenue Arrangement from the UI, but I get an error, "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.".
