We would like to be able to arbitrarily change the asset account to be recorded for a single inventory item.

For example, let's say we have an inventory item called Item A, which would normally be recorded in an asset account called “Stores”.
However, we would like to be able to record it under a different asset account instead of “Stores” depending on certain conditions (e.g., setting a flag).

Specifically, we envision the following mechanism
1. add a custom field named “Asset Account 2” to the inventory item record
- Allow a different asset account to be set here than usual. 2.
