Unallocate inventory from sales orders
When an account is placed on credit hold, we would like to unallocated inventory from their sales orders so that it is free to allocate to other customers. And not have it reallocated until credit hold is lifted. I don't see a way to do that easily.
Tried:
- Reallocating inventory - allows to allocate inventory but not unallocate.
- Best way seems to be to set the item lines to -Do Not Allocate
We can do that with a CSV import. But that is clumsy and doesn't stop future orders from being allocated. I don't see a way to set the account as -Do Not Allocate- by default.
