I am trying to import an Sales order with a discount item on the Header level. Rate is not mapped.
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to import an Sales Order with a Discount Item at the header level along with the Discount Rate.
The Discount item is already created and its available.
when I am uploading my import file, the Discount Rate is showing as Zero after successfully imported , even though my column is showing the value as Example : (200).
My Discount Item is mapped at the header level , Except the Discount rate at the header level for each So is not showing the correct value.
FYI, my discount item is the same but my Discount rate for Sales Order is different.
