Why the status of Inventory Number shows Committed

Hi NetSuite Guru,

I have an inventory number in Committed status, I checked the Inventory Balance and saw it was still available. I would like to ask how I can find where this number was committed so that I can remove it to make it Available in the Serial Number Record.

Custom Inventory Balance Search: Results

I also checked Reallocate Items but there is no order committing this item number.
