Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Change Management - Automation/ Report/ Best Practices?
Hello NetSuite Admins and Experts
I am looking for ways to automate our process for recording and reporting on Change Management process for NetSuite.
One of the common controls that Compliance/Auditor look for is - for all workflow/script/ configuration changes performed within the application within a give quarter, provide the evidence of control. In this situation, a control artifact would typically imply a related ticket or an incident recorded within a system like JIRA or ServiceNow, which has the required approvals and ties back to the change performed within NetSuite.
All sounds logical and doable… but when there are over 200+ tickets to be reported within a give quarter and expected to be tied back to over 5000 lines of Audit Trail or Configuration Changes within NetSuite, it becomes a laborious and error-prone task at start of every quarter.
