Commercial Invoice

Hello,

I need to print the Commercial invoice. I followed the suite answer ID: 1019536. However, on the subsidiary page, I cannot find the Invoice Configuration subtab or the Enable Commercial Invoice box. Also, I cannot find the "Customize Document Template" under Setup > Accounting.
Am I missing something? Is there a bundle or suiteapp I need to install? Please help me.
