Restrict Customer List per Employee Location (not per subsidiary)

Hola guys,

We are trying to create a restricted role for Sales Team. We want the Customer list to be restricted as per Customer with the same location of the Employee. We have created a custom record "Location" linked to the "Location OOTB Segment" at customer level, as there is no Location Segment field and restrict the role as per "location". But still they are able to view the whole list of customers.

Any ideas?
