Create inventory count by bin without NS WMS

Does Native NS allow for the filtering and counting of specific bins? I do not see the ability to add the bin column or bin filter to the Create Inventory Count bin screen. I see the ability to list the items by Bin, which is sort of an answer, but it doesn't specifically allow us to cycle count a specific bin?
