Scan and track all tracking numbers coming into the dock

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice on tracking every incoming tracking number at our dock. My goal is to establish a KPI for how quickly we receive boxes into the building. Currently, the built-in Item Receipts only provide a single timestamp for when an item is created and received.

To address this, I've created a 'record' with a quick add feature that allows us to scan a tracking number into a dashboard, which then provides a date stamp.

Are there any features I might be missing or other suggestions you have to improve this process?
