Cash 360 dashboard error

Hi,

One of our users encounters this error while trying to access the Cash 360 dashboard.

We have tried removing and re-providing access to sandbox, removing and re-providing cash 360 access to the role, and reinstalling the Cash 360 suiteapp but none have worked.

User error:

It looks different from the usual error I get when I remove cash 360 access from the role:


Appreciate any help on this matter.
