WorkFlow - State 1 Button Still Shows On End State

I have created a workflow for an approval process on sales orders. On state 1, I have a button that starts my workflow process called "Send To Approvers". After going through the approval process and I get to the end state, the "Send To Approvers" appears. Why does it re-appear?
